There are only two mandatory fields for submitting the contact form: email address and name. In the case of an enquiry form, there are three mandatory fields: email address, name and surname and telephone.

- Purpose: contact information, usable for user support, training and personnel management or the establishment of a contractual relationship
- Information on processing: if a natural person is in a contractual relationship with felicityfood.cz or represents a legal entity that is in a contractual relationship with felicityfood.cz, the lawfulness of the processing occurs according to Article 6 1.b . The same applies if a contractual relationship is established through the use of this contact form. In other cases, personal data is processed as contact information.
